Rules and Cabin Rates A deposit of $100 per week for each cabin confirms a reservation. We must cancel a reservation if a deposit is not sent promptly. Because cancellation losses should not be entirely ours, deposits are only refunded if we're able to rent all cabins that week. We open on the first Saturday in May and close right after the second Saturday in October. A normal weekly occupancy starts at 2pm on Saturday and ends at 9am on the following Saturday. We do not allow pets! Bringing more people than the limit listed for any cabin (or a pet) or piling on with 'visitors' without our permission, voids a reservation and forfeits all payments. 2008 season, weather permitting, is May 3rd to October 11th. Shorter stays at reduced rates (two nights minimum) are also available. Our popular Fall Bargain Rates of 20% off begin on August 16th. 5hp outboard motors rent for $85 per week or $20 per day. Fuel is included. One set of towels, including bath, hand, and wash cloth, rent for $3 per week. A resort boat 'or' a site for your own boat is included.
